Official Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Valley Operations Group LLC, having its principal place of business at 17000 W Elwood St #71 Goodyear, Arizona 85338("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on October 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s database or physical mail intake log is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter: You may enter the sweepstakes using either or both of the methods below, up to a maximum limit of five (10) total entries per person/household, regardless of the method of entry:

  • Method 1: Free Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry): Handprint your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3x5 inch card, and mail it in a separate, stamped envelope to: Valley Operations Group LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 17000 W Elwood St #71 Goodyear, Arizona 85338. You may submit multiple mail-in entries, up to a maximum of five (10) mail-in entries total per person/household (each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope). Mail-in entries must be received by November 6, 2026. Mail-in entries delivered after November 6, 2026, will be disqualified and will not be counted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
  • Method 2: Purchase Entry: Purchase any eligible physical product on our website ([Insert Website URL]) during the Sweepstakes Period (Bookmark/Sticker Combo, Hat, or MacArthur Study Bible). Each qualifying product purchase grants one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (10) purchase entries total per person/household (for example, purchasing up to 10 eligible items in an order or across multiple orders). Any purchases exceeding 10 items will not generate additional entries. Note: Physical items take 3–5 business days to process and ship.

5. Random Drawing and Odds: On or around November 9, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. Each eligible person may hold a maximum of five (10) entries in the total drawing pool. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification and Forfeiture: The potential winner will be notified via email or phone on or around November 9, 2026. The potential winner must respond and claim their prize within [e.g., forty-eight (48) hours] of transmission. If the potential winner fails to respond within this timeframe, is found ineligible, or declines, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize Description, ARV, and Fulfillment:

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The total ARV of the prize is $1,650.00.
  • Fulfillment: Once the winner formally confirms their shipping details and eligibility, the physical prize will be mailed to them within 1-2 weeks. Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once handed to the shipping provider.

8. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state of residence, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

9. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or human error. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, harm, injury, cost, expense, or damage whatsoever arising in connection with this sweepstakes or the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to choice of law rules. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, exclusively before a court located in Arizona.
